The New Home Buyers' Rebate Program

All of Plum Coulee's commercial, industrial, and residential properties offer competitive market values and offers tax incentives. Residential Tax Incentives are being offered to all residents constructing new homes. As of January 2002 the Municipal Tax Incentive operates in the following manner.

Year 1 -- 100% rebate on the town portion of the property taxes

Year 2 -- 50% rebate on the town portion of the property taxes

Year 3 -- 25% rebate on the town portion of the property taxes
