Community Futures Triple R is a regional community economic development organization established under the Community Futures program of the Government of Canada. It is controlled by a regional Board of Directors representing each of the areas that comprise the Triple R Region. The Community Futures Triple R Staff consists of experienced personnel who have been trained extensively in their respective fields.

The New Home Builders Tax Incentive Program
Plum Coulee Town Council has enacted an aggressive tax incentive program as follows:
1st full year of occupancy -- 100% rebate on the town portion of the property taxes
2nd full year of occupancy -- 50% rebate on the town portion of the property taxes
3rd full year of occupancy -- 25% rebate on the town portion of the property taxes
